FAQ
What can I/we expect in counseling?
You can expect in counseling to build a vision, a clear vision of what you want to have in your life and ways that you can get it. We’ll build on what you’re already doing that’s working and figure out the things that you need to do differently. Counseling will be collaborative. We’ll talk about things that you can do to move past obstacles so that you truly can live the life you want.
